Paris-Beauvais Airport has developed an array of services to simplify life for travelers, at departure and arrival.

Airport Reception - Information Office

Have a question? Paris-Beauvais Airport staff is on hand to help. The Information Office is located in our bus station, and is open from 7 a.m. until 15 minutes after the day’s last flight.

Car parks office

You are at the airport and want information about our car parks? Come to the office, located at the bus station. The office is open from 7 a.m. until the arrival of the day’s last flight.

To pay for parking, there are also payment machines at the exits of Terminals 1 and 2.


Car rental

Enjoy traveling independently from or to Paris-Beauvais Airport, take advantage of one of our car rental agencies: a spacious 7-seater family car, a small city car or a high-end luxury vehicle, you find the ideal car rental here.

Paris-Beauvais Airport boasts several restaurants and snack bars for whatever you desire! From breakfast to dinner, the staff is on hand to advise you and answer your questions.

Airlines Ticket Desk

Need information on your flight, prices and conditions of your ticket, charges or handling of irregularities (delay…), as well as on services offered by your airline?

The counters of our companies are available for you in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2. Opening hours are the same as those of the terminals and closing is 15 minutes after the arrival of the day’s last flight.


Checking in is an essential step in your trip. Check-in opens at least 2 hours before departure, and then closes between 40 and 60 minutes before the flight departs, depending on the airline.

Baggage service

Need help with your luggage upon arrival? Undelivered bag? Our Baggage Service team is at your disposal in the arrival halls of Terminals 1 and 2, from 7 am until the arrival of the day’s last flight.

We remind you that any damaged or missing item must be declared before you leave the airport.

You will find Crédit Agricole and Euronet ATMs in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2.

Drinks and snacks vending machine

Hungry? You will find drinks and snacks vending machines in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2.

Telephone recharging terminal

Low telephone battery? No problem: Chargebox terminals can be found in the boarding areas of Terminals 1 and 2.


If an item is confiscated at security because it is not allowed in the cabin, the agent will offer a new and improved deposit service in partnership with Tripperty. Once confiscated, the object is placed in a package by the security officer and can be recovered upon return or posted for delivery.
