Paris Beauvais Airport has developed an array of services to simplify life for travelers, at departure and arrival. Terminals are closed by night, out of period of flights.
Have a question? Paris Beauvais Airport staff is on hand to help. The Reception desk is in the public area of Terminal 1, and is open from 7 a.m. until 15 minutes after the day’s last flight.

One currency dispenser is located in Terminal 2, next to arrivals hall.
Need information on your flight, prices and conditions of your ticket, charges or handling of irregularities (delay…), as well as on services offered by your airline?
Blue Air, Ryanair, and Wizz Air counters are available for you in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2. Opening hours are the same as those of the terminals and closing is 15 minutes after the arrival of the day’s last flight.
You are at the airport and want information about our car parks? Come to the Parking office in the public area of Terminal 2. The office is open from 7 a.m. until the arrival of the day’s last flight.
To pay for parking, there are also payment machines at the exits of Terminals 1 and 2.
Need help with your baggage? Our Baggage service is available for you in the arrival halls of Terminals 1 and 2, from 7 a.m. until the arrival of the day’s last flight.

Ticket office for the official airport shuttles is in the bus station and in the arrival hall of Terminal 1. It is open from 8 a.m. until the arrival of the last flight of the day. Accepted modes of payment: cash, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
Automatic ticket machines for the shuttle can also be found in the arrival halls of Terminals 1 and 2. Payment by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard).
To comfortably change your baby, there are nurseries available throughout the airport.
Atlanteam Internet terminals located in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2 make it possible to telephone.
You can also buy prepaid telephone cards at the Relay shops located in the public area of Terminal 1 and in the boarding area of Terminal 2.
Low telephone battery? No problem: Chargebox terminals can be found in the boarding areas of Terminals 1 and 2.
You will find Crédit Agricole and Euronet ATMs in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2.
An ATM is also available close to the bus station (shuttles between Paris / Porte Maillot and Beauvais Airport)
Hungry? You will find drinks and snacks vending machines in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2.
