To pay for parking, there are also payment machines at the exits of Terminals 1 and 2.

The counters of our companies are available for you in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2. Opening hours are the same as those of the terminals.
Checking in is an essential step in your trip. Check-in opens at least 2 hours before departure, and then closes between 40 and 60 minutes before the flight departs, depending on the airline.

Need help with your luggage upon arrival? Undelivered bag? Our Baggage Service team is at your disposal in the arrival halls of Terminals 1 and 2, from 7 am until the arrival of the day’s last flight.
We remind you that any damaged or missing item must be declared before you leave the airport.

If you have lost an item: submit your declaration online by filling out the loss report here. The storage and return of recovered items are managed by the Baggage and Lost & Found Service.
If one of your items has been confiscated at the security checkpoint: enter the reference number given by the officer here. You can retrieve them upon your return or have them shipped to the address of your choice.
