Paris-Beauvais Airport has developed an array of services to simplify life for travelers, at departure and arrival.
Need information on your flight, prices and conditions of your ticket, charges or handling of irregularities (delay…), as well as on services offered by your airline?
The counters of our companies are available for you in the public areas of Terminals 1 and 2. Opening hours are the same as those of the terminals and closing is 15 minutes after the arrival of the day’s last flight.
Need help with your luggage upon arrival? Undelivered bag? Our Baggage Service team is at your disposal in the arrival halls of Terminals 1 and 2, from 7 am until the arrival of the day’s last flight.
We remind you that any damaged or missing item must be declared before you leave the airport.
Do not hesitate to contact the Baggage Service and Lost Property Office for any inquiries by phone at +33 (0)3 44 11 46 00 (€0.45/min incl. tax, from France) or by email at the following address: bagages(at)aeroportbeauvais(dot)com
Left something behind on the plane or at the airport? Or your child lost his teddy? No worry! Our Baggage Service and our partner Troov help you to report it here using a quick and simple tool.
Thanks to Troov, safely declare your lost belonging online, giving as much detail as possible, and then opt for on-site recovery or for home delivery (paid service).
The keeping and return of items found by the Baggage Service and Lost Property Office are subject to regulation which we invite you to consult.
Please note that items found are only kept for a limited period of time.
If an item is confiscated at security because it is not allowed in the cabin, the agent will offer a new and improved deposit service in partnership with Tripperty. Once confiscated, the object is placed in a package by the security officer and can be recovered upon return or posted for delivery.
